About This Position

Delivery Hero is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support our finance function. In this role, you'll manage financial records, process transactions, and help ensure accurate reporting across our growing operations. You'll work collaboratively with our finance team to maintain compliance, streamline processes, and support business decision-making through reliable financial data.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expenses
• Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures and reconciliations
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and document findings
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies

Skills & Qualifications

• Qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Professional communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Serbian is valued
