RevOps Systems Manager (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology client in Munich that is building an AI-forward commercial operations function. They need an experienced RevOps Systems Manager to own their Salesforce instance and surrounding GTM tech stack end-to-end. This is a builder role, not a ticket queue—you will drive architecture, configuration, and cross-functional system changes largely independently, with the Head of RevOps as your soundboard.

The commercial data model is non-standard and the go-to-market motion is highly customized, so our client values deep craft over cookie-cutter playbooks. You will set the standard for how change happens on the platform and put AI to work in daily admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce as the commercial system of record: maintain health, architecture, and evolution across a custom data model
• Run and improve the surrounding system landscape, including tools for deal management, sales engagement, outbound automation, and integrations
• Drive Salesforce architecture improvements to ensure pipeline data is trustworthy and traceable
• Build no-code and low-code configuration (Flows, validation rules, custom objects) to solve recurring operational problems
• Own cross-functional changes that span Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance—ensuring adoption, not just deployment
• Leverage AI for daily admin work: drafting validation rules, auditing duplicates, QA, and documentation
• Provide technical mentoring to junior team members and guide working students on Salesforce and systems topics
• Write clear change announcements and documentation that stakeholders actually read and act on

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator or RevOps Systems Manager, ideally in a fast-moving commercial or RevOps environment
• Proven ability to run and improve a CRM and its surrounding tool landscape largely independently
• Deep no-code/low-code craft: configuration, flows, third-party app integrations, and creative problem-solving with existing tools
• Strong data-quality mindset—you can trace root causes of untrustworthy pipeline data and fix them at the source
• Structured, cross-team problem-solving skills and excellent stakeholder communication
• Ownership mindset: you are a builder, not a service desk
• Comfort working AI-first in daily administration tasks
• Salesforce certifications and experience with other GTM tools are a strong plus
• Fluent English; German is a plus
