Supply Planner (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential wellness manufacturing organization based in Berlin that is seeking an experienced Supply Planner to join their operations team. In this role, you will translate demand forecasts into efficient production schedules that align with available capacity, raw material supply, and delivery commitments. Working closely with purchasing, operations, and other key stakeholders, you'll ensure materials are ready, production flows seamlessly, and customer expectations are met on time and in full.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build production schedules that optimize resource utilization and meet delivery deadlines
• Coordinate with Demand Planning and Purchasing teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components, preventing production interruptions
• Align production capacity with operational constraints, adjusting schedules dynamically to avoid bottlenecks
• Track production performance versus plan, identify variances, and proactively implement corrective actions
• Interface with operations, purchasing, and marketing teams to align timelines and expectations
• Monitor performance against plan and make proactive adjustments to drive operational excellence and minimize bottlenecks

What We're Looking For

• At least 4 years of experience in supply planning, production scheduling, or materials planning in FMCG, ideally in supplements, cosmetics, or wellness sectors
• Hands-on production planning and supply planning experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of translating plans into efficient production flows that balance operational capacity and material constraints
• Proficient in ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or Oracle
• Highly proficient in supply planning and inventory management processes, including MPS (Master Production Scheduling) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Tableau
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Berlin with hybrid flexibility
