Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential premium wellness brand in their search for a talented Brand Designer to lead visual strategy across marketplace platforms. You will serve as the internal authority on marketplace visual best practices while maintaining brand integrity across digital advertising and product touchpoints.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Design and execute high-impact marketplace gallery images, Premium A+ Content, and Brand Stores that maximize conversion rates
- Create and optimize product and advertising videos that effectively communicate benefits in a mobile-first environment
- Deliver best-in-class packshots and lifestyle imagery with meticulous attention to lighting, composition, and pixel-perfect execution
- Define and evolve marketplace-specific design language, ensuring all assets align with brand standards while adhering to platform technical requirements
- Proactively research market trends and competitor designs to identify optimization opportunities, using data insights to refine assets for peak performance
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of dedicated marketplace design experience, with expertise in visual policies, mobile-first optimization, high-converting packshots, gallery images, Premium A+ Content, and Brand Storefronts
- Proven track record balancing high-conversion visual tactics (clear benefit hierarchies, callouts, visual hooks) with premium brand aesthetics and pixel-perfect execution
- Proactive approach to researching marketplace design trends and translating core brand identities into competitive e-commerce environments
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma for producing high-impact static and video assets
- Professional fluency in English required; German (B2+) is a strong advantage for designing localized typography and native copy layouts
- Bonus: 3D rendering experience (Blender/KeyShot) or motion design capability
This is a hybrid role based in Berlin with one home office day per week.
