Indirect Spend Purchaser / Procurement (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential natural products organization seeking an experienced Indirect Spend Purchaser to establish their procurement function from the ground up. This newly created position offers the opportunity to define procurement strategy, shape processes, and build structure in a dynamic environment. You'll work closely with senior leadership to establish procurement as a value-driving partner across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement indirect procurement processes and policies from scratch
• Define category strategies and long-term roadmaps across multiple spend areas
• Manage the full purchase order lifecycle and ensure smooth operational continuity
• Consolidate and rationalize the supplier base to optimize vendor relationships
• Manage and negotiate lease agreements, rental contracts, and facility management services for real estate and facilities
• Lead negotiations and contracting for consultancy, agencies, and external workforce providers
• Optimize spend across office supplies and general overhead categories
• Resolve daily vendor issues and maintain strong supplier partnerships

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of procurement experience, ideally across Real Estate/Facilities and Professional Services
• Demonstrated experience setting up procurement processes or working in fast-paced start-up/scale-up environments
• Strong negotiation skills with experience managing high-value service contracts
• Ability to balance strategic category management with hands-on operational execution
• Fluent in English (C1 level); German or Polish is a strong advantage
• Comfortable building structure in ambiguous environments and taking full ownership
