Territory Sales Partner

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing AI marketing technology company in their search for independent sales partners across Bristol and surrounding areas. This is a self-employed business opportunity for ambitious individuals who want to build their own sales operation while partnering with an established SaaS platform.

Our client provides AI-powered marketing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses, handling social media, email campaigns, advertising, and reputation management. They are venture-backed and expanding their UK field sales network.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach local businesses (salons, restaurants, gyms, professional services, retail) who would benefit from streamlined marketing automation
• Conduct in-person demonstrations and consultations with business owners and decision-makers
• Generate qualified free trial signups within your chosen territory
• Follow up with trial users to support conversion to paid accounts
• Manage your own schedule, territory planning, and business administration
• Track activity and results using provided sales resources and tools
• Invoice for commissions and manage your own tax obligations as a self-employed contractor

What We're Looking For

• UK-based with the right to work in the United Kingdom
• Registered (or willing to register) as self-employed with HMRC
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently without daily supervision
• Confident initiating conversations with business owners in person
• Access to reliable transport or a territory with walkable business density
• Smartphone with internet access for demonstrations and activity tracking
• Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development is helpful but not required
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build uncapped earnings potential

Compensation Structure

This is a self-employed partnership with performance-based compensation:

• Guaranteed Weekly Draw: £500 per week minimum for partners meeting trial signup targets (3 trials/week for weeks 1-4, then 4 trials/week ongoing)
• Commission: £250–£350 per closed account depending on tier, with uncapped earning potential
• Typical Earnings: Top-performing partners earn £4,000–£8,000+ per month
• When weekly commissions exceed the £500 draw, you receive the full commission amount instead

Employment Type: Self-employed contractor (sole trader or limited company)

Location: Bristol, England – work your chosen territory on your own schedule
