Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency in Düsseldorf that manages email campaigns for over 150 e-commerce clients. As an Online Marketing Manager, you will own the entire newsletter creation process from concept to delivery.

Your daily work includes:

• Reading client briefs and planning newsletter structure for sales campaigns, product launches, and category features
• Writing subject lines and body copy that drive conversions for 30-40 brands
• Building complete newsletters using the design system in Figma
• Adapting graphics and visual assets, including with AI tools
• Submitting finished campaigns directly to clients for approval
• Managing the full creative process without handoffs to other departments

• Strong copywriting ability with focus on performance, not just aesthetics
• Fast learner who can master new tools in days
• Eye for design and confidence working in visual tools
• Comfort using AI platforms for content creation
• Ambition and openness to feedback
• Willingness to own complete deliverables from start to finish
• Full-time availability for on-site work in Düsseldorf
• German language proficiency required for writing client-facing content

Prior experience with Figma, email marketing, or formal design training is not required. We value speed, judgment, and drive over credentials.

Pay

This role is based in Düsseldorf and requires full-time on-site presence. The client offers a monthly salary range of €3,500 to €6,000 depending on experience, with the goal of transitioning successful hires to permanent contracts.
