Our talent team is representing a confidential rapid commerce client seeking a Warehouse Associate for their Brighton location at St Joseph's Business Park. This is a part-time, shift-based position offering 15 hours per week in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hands-on operational settings and wants to be part of a team that delivers essential products to customers quickly and reliably.

Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

• Execute precise order fulfillment by picking customer orders quickly and accurately to meet tight delivery deadlines
• Maintain product quality standards by ensuring all goods received and dispatched meet freshness and quality requirements
• Communicate clearly with delivery personnel to ensure prompt order handovers
• Support daily stock intake and assist with ongoing inventory management activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment for the entire team
• Work closely with your management team to ensure smooth day-to-day site operations
