Site Associate – Brighton

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential food delivery technology client seeking a Site Associate for their Brighton location. This is a 3-month contract position working 20 hours per week at £13.25 per hour, based at a delivery-only kitchen facility in Brighton-Hove.

Our client operates delivery-optimized kitchen sites partnering with restaurant brands to fulfill customer orders efficiently. This role is essential to maintaining operational excellence and ensuring a clean, safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness standards across the site by cleaning throughout shifts and performing regular deep cleaning of equipment
• Clean communal areas including staff rooms, bathrooms, and stock rooms while upholding health and safety standards
• Work with the site management team to ensure facility safety through regular inspections
• Assist with dispatch operations by transporting food from kitchen areas to dispatch zones
• Support order fulfillment and communicate with delivery riders
• Keep kitchen equipment clean and operational throughout shifts, working alongside kitchen staff
• Report to the Site Manager and collaborate with the wider site management team
