Our talent team is seeking a Customer Excellence Manager to join their growing operations. Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, managing professional communication for complex matters related to solar photovoltaic installations
• Process customer complaints and claims, analyzing each case and developing appropriate solutions in collaboration with relevant technical departments
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between departments to ensure completion, improvement, or correction of photovoltaic system installations
• Provide empathetic, solution-oriented customer support, maintaining transparent communication about case status and prioritizing customer satisfaction
• Independently follow up on open cases, maintain thorough documentation of all actions, and guide the entire process through to successful resolution

• Genuine enjoyment of customer interaction, demonstrated service orientation, and commitment to ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Fluency in German is essential for this role; proficiency in English is beneficial
