Business Operations Internship (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a Business Operations Intern to join their Berlin team. In this role, you will:

• Support the optimization and development of operational processes and workflows
• Analyze existing structures, identify improvement opportunities, and develop concrete solutions
• Coordinate operational projects and ensure successful implementation alongside relevant teams
• Assist in building and scaling new processes, tools, and structures
• Analyze operational metrics and derive measures to improve performance
• Take ownership of initiatives and drive them from problem identification through to implementation

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates who bring:

• Current enrollment in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree program
• Enthusiasm for improving processes, solving problems, and advancing operational topics
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams with diverse stakeholders
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility
• Interest in how companies scale efficiently and achieve operational excellence
• Clear and precise communication skills in German (English is a plus)
