Partner Sales Manager (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a Partner Sales Manager to join their team in Düsseldorf. In this role, you will:

• Onboard new sales partners and their representatives, guiding them from initial contact through to successful contract completion
• Provide comprehensive support to existing sales partners through technical and commercial guidance, contributing to their ongoing success
• Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing sales partners and their teams to continuously improve their expertise and sales capabilities
• Independently plan, organize, and execute sales events in the renewable energy sector to support partners in expanding their portfolios
• Accompany sales partners to customer appointments when needed to actively support the sales process and strengthen direct relationships
• Provide hands-on support in closing contracts and contribute directly to shared business success
• Maintain professional relationship management with local leadership at partner organizations and represent the organization professionally in all interactions

What We're Looking For

• Several years of sales experience, with openness to learning new areas such as renewable energy sales; experience in large-scale financial sales is a plus
• Strong self-motivation and high resilience, with the ability to navigate challenging situations successfully and maintain goal orientation
• Passion for coaching and developing people, with genuine enthusiasm for helping others improve continuously
• Strong drive for success, attention to detail, and consistent results orientation
• Comfort with frequent travel and appreciation for direct, in-person engagement with sales partners and customers
• Fluent German language skills in both written and spoken communication; additional language skills in Turkish, Russian, Polish, or Romanian are advantageous
