Partner Sales Manager (w/m/d)

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization in their search for a Partner Sales Manager to join their growing team in Bonn. Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new distribution partners and their sales teams, guiding them from initial contact through successful contract completion
• Provide ongoing support to existing distribution partners through strategic sales and technical guidance
• Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing partners and their sales representatives to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills
• Plan, organize, and execute sales events focused on photovoltaic and renewable energy solutions to help partners expand their portfolios
• Accompany distribution partners to customer appointments when needed to actively support the sales process and strengthen direct relationships
• Provide hands-on assistance in closing deals and contributing directly to shared business success
• Maintain professional relationship management with local leadership at partner organizations and represent the organization with confidence

What We're Looking For

• Several years of sales experience with willingness to develop expertise in photovoltaic sales; experience in large financial services sales is a plus
• Strong self-motivation and high resilience, with the ability to navigate challenging situations successfully
• Passionate coaching mindset with genuine enthusiasm for developing people and helping them improve
• Results-oriented approach with strong attention to detail and a drive to succeed
• Comfortable with extensive travel and direct engagement with partners and customers in the field
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) required; additional languages such as Turkish, Russian, Polish, or Romanian are advantageous
