Partner Sales Manager (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy company in Ulm, and our talent team is seeking a Partner Sales Manager to drive their channel partnerships forward.

In this role, you will:

• Onboard new sales partners and their representatives, guiding them from initial contact through successful contract completion
• Provide comprehensive support to existing sales partners through technical and commercial guidance, contributing decisively to their ongoing success
• Conduct regular training sessions for new and established partners and their sales teams to continuously improve product knowledge and selling capabilities
• Plan, organize, and execute sales events focused on photovoltaic and renewable energy solutions, helping partners expand their portfolio
• Accompany sales partners to customer appointments when needed to actively support the sales process and strengthen direct exchange
• Provide hands-on assistance in closing contracts and contribute directly to shared business success
• Maintain professional relationship management with local leadership at partner organizations, representing our client confidently in all interactions

What We're Looking For

• Several years of sales experience; openness to learning new areas such as PV sales is essential. Experience in large-scale financial sales is a plus
• Strong self-motivation and high resilience, successfully managing challenging situations with a goal-oriented approach
• Passionate coaching mentality with genuine enjoyment in developing people and helping them improve continuously
• Strong drive for success, attention to detail, and consistent results orientation
• Comfort with extensive travel and appreciation for direct face-to-face engagement with partners and customers
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken; additional languages such as Turkish, Russian, Polish, or Romanian are advantageous

Pay
