Growth Development Manager:in in AI Performance Marketing (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential cleantech organization in their search for a Growth Development Manager specializing in AI Performance Marketing. In this role, you will take ownership of both operational and strategic performance marketing initiatives, including planning, creating, and scaling AI-generated advertising content while continuously optimizing paid marketing campaigns.

You will work closely with the management team and support your mentor in strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities include identifying marketing projects, developing independent strategies, and implementing them with a customer-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset. You'll build growth projects from start to finish using a self-directed working style and take on ad-hoc projects across various areas to support the marketing team in all their endeavors.

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier business school
• Initial work experience or internships in a fast-growing company such as startups or management consulting
• Creative mindset with a natural ability to persuade and convince others
• Analytical, proactive, and strongly solution-oriented working style
• Natural strength in communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong interest in building companies and a pronounced willingness to learn new things
• Goal-oriented approach with a high degree of proactivity and sense of responsibility
• Experience prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment and applying a 100% approach when working on important tasks
• High quality standards for yourself and others, with a can-do mentality that motivates teammates
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
