Field Marketing Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing enterprise AI company serving institutional finance clients globally. Our talent team is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join their London office and lead event strategy across key markets. This role offers the chance to shape brand presence and drive engagement with sophisticated audiences in the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute high-impact field events including conferences, trade shows, panels, roundtables, fireside chats, networking events, VIP experiences, dinners, and partner activations
• Develop and implement a complementary virtual event strategy with webinars and digital experiences
• Manage end-to-end event logistics: vendor sourcing, budgeting, attendee management, and on-site execution
• Create and maintain formulaic lead capture and post-event follow-up sequences to maximize ROI
• Oversee ongoing event budget and financial planning
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and senior stakeholders on major initiatives
• Own reporting on individual event outcomes and broader field marketing roadmap performance
• Ensure brand consistency across all events in appearance, tone, voice, and overall experience

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of field marketing or event marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, institutional finance, FinTech, or AI sectors
• Proven track record planning and executing both in-person and virtual events that drive pipeline growth and brand awareness
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities with demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and adapt effectively in ambiguous situations
• Flexibility to code-switch between reactive mode (quickly placing executives in existing events within days) and proactive mode (conceiving and executing company-hosted events over months)
• Autonomous, self-directed work style with comfort operating in ambiguity
• Collaborative, organized, thoughtful approach to stakeholder management
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about AI, technology, and finance
