About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization experiencing rapid growth in the London and European markets. Our talent team is conducting a search for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead finance-focused recruitment efforts from their London office.

This is a full-cycle recruiting role centered on sourcing and hiring ex-front-office finance professionals—individuals with backgrounds in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, trading, and corporate finance. You'll partner directly with senior leadership to build talent pipelines, shape hiring strategy, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage proactive pipelines of top-tier ex-front-office finance talent across London and Europe
• Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for strategic and finance-adjacent roles
• Partner with business leaders on role design, talent profiles, and hiring priorities as the organization scales in the region
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and talent segmentation frameworks tailored to the London/European finance market
• Establish the organization as an employer of choice within London finance circles through events, alumni networks, and referral programs
• Act as a trusted advisor on market mapping, compensation insights, and talent strategy for senior stakeholders
• Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and agencies when appropriate
• Leverage ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and analytics tools to optimize workflows and identify pipeline gaps
• Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience with clear communication, timely feedback, and respectful process touchpoints

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with finance, front-office, or similarly elite talent pools
• Familiarity with the London and European finance talent market strongly preferred
• Proven ability to source, engage, and convert passive candidates in highly competitive environments
• Strong consultative mindset with experience influencing hiring strategy and coaching senior stakeholders
• Comfort managing multiple concurrent searches with high urgency and quality standards
• Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter), ATS systems (e.g., Ashby), and recruiting metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence
• Intellectual curiosity about finance, technology, and what drives top talent
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-intensity startup environments
• Autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity
• Collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind
