About This Role

We are representing a fast-growing enterprise AI company that is transforming how financial professionals work. Our client is expanding their London presence and needs a dedicated GTM recruiter to build their talent pipeline across the UK and EMEA markets.

This is a highly visible, high-impact role. You'll establish recruiting best practices for the region, work directly with senior leadership, and help define what world-class GTM hiring looks like in the European market. Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM recruiting for London and EMEA, including SDRs, Account Executives, and GTM Associates
• Manage interview logistics across multiple time zones, maintaining speed and coordination throughout the hiring process
• Build the company's employer brand and presence with GTM talent across the European market
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-quality, professional experience at every stage
• Maintain recruiting operations including ATS management (Ashby), interview scheduling, and candidate tracking
• Conduct reference checks and provide synthesized insights to support hiring decisions
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align on hiring priorities and pipeline health across regions
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to increase recruiting speed and quality
• Establish scalable recruiting infrastructure tailored to the London and European candidate market

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to GTM roles
• Familiarity with the London or European GTM talent market strongly preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and timelines simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean, accurate recruiting data
• Clear, professional communication skills in both written and verbal formats
• High ownership mindset—you proactively identify and solve problems without being asked
• Experience with ATS platforms (Ashby preferred) and modern productivity tools
• Comfort working across time zones and collaborating with senior stakeholders including C-level executives
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving startup environments with some ambiguity
• Genuine curiosity about AI, technology, and how it's transforming industries

Pay
