Client Strategy, Enterprise (EMEA)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise AI company serving the financial services sector. Our client is experiencing rapid growth across EMEA and needs a strategic client success professional to manage their expanding portfolio of enterprise accounts in London.

This is a high-impact role where you'll own the complete client lifecycle—from onboarding through expansion—for sophisticated financial institutions. You'll partner with both day-to-day users and C-suite stakeholders to drive measurable ROI and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise client relationships end-to-end with a prescriptive, consultative approach
• Plan and execute quarterly business reviews to align on goals, roadmap, and strategic priorities
• Manage the full renewal process including forecasting, stakeholder alignment, and churn mitigation
• Monitor adoption metrics and health signals, proactively addressing risks through action plans
• Develop comprehensive success plans for each account including stakeholder mapping, KPIs, adoption milestones, and mutual action plans
• Identify and close upsell opportunities based on customer performance data
• Build internal advocates by engaging users and stakeholders across client organizations
• Channel client insights to product and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 2+ years front-office experience at a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm, or hedge fund, OR 3+ years in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles at high-growth enterprise fintech companies serving investment banking, private equity, or institutional finance customers
• Demonstrated ability to analyze customer performance metrics and deliver strategic recommendations that drive business outcomes
• Experience owning customer relationships including upsell and renewal conversations
• Strong strategic planning and relationship management skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Exceptional project management capabilities with sharp organizational and detail-oriented approach
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both prepared and impromptu
• Extreme ownership mentality with ability to manage multiple competing priorities across the organization

Bonus:

• High-volume client-facing experience in the AI space
• Early-stage experience at hyper-growth startups
• Direct finance experience in banking, private equity, or similar roles
