Senior Product Manager – Client Experience & Engagement (f/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing fintech organization in Berlin that delivers premium wealth management solutions to high-net-worth individuals. Our client combines institutional-grade investment products with a hybrid digital-and-personal advisory model.

As Senior Product Manager – Client Experience & Engagement, you will own the post-investment journey across web and native applications. You'll shape how clients understand and interact with their portfolios—including alternative investments like private equity and venture capital—and design the digital touchpoints that deepen engagement, drive cross-sell, and integrate seamlessly with human advisors.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Client Experience Ownership: Define and deliver the active client journey from first investment onward. Own portfolio reporting, performance insights, document management, account settings, and self-service flows. Set the vision for how complex investment products are communicated clearly and compellingly in-product.
• Digital Up-Sell & Cross-Sell: Design scalable journeys that encourage portfolio top-ups, additional account types, and multi-product adoption. Use cohort and path analysis to identify natural product sequences, then build in-product moments and lifecycle campaigns that convert intent into action with rigorous, causal measurement.
• Hybrid Experience & Advisor Integration: Embed relationship management into the digital product. Design contextual touchpoints, seamless handovers between self-service and consultation, and frictionless flows for major client actions that preserve trust while improving efficiency.
• Discovery, Data & Experimentation: Run continuous discovery with clients and internal advisors. Define tracking schemas, KPI trees, and metric contracts. Run experiments and analyze cohorts to inform prioritization. Act as Product Manager and Product Owner for a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 7+ years in product management for digital consumer products, ideally in fintech, wealthtech, banking, or another trust-driven domain. Exposure to engagement, retention, CRM-driven work, or native app development is a strong advantage.
• Analytical & Technical Fluency: Hands-on experience with product analytics, funnel and cohort analysis, and experimentation. You define metrics before building, establish baselines, and attribute impact credibly. Comfortable discussing architecture and API trade-offs with engineers.
• Domain Curiosity & Client Empathy: Genuine interest in investing, wealth management, and portfolio construction. You understand that clients entrust significant wealth to the platform and that every detail of the experience either builds or erodes trust.
• Communication: Fluent in English (German a plus). Able to align product, design, engineering, CRM, and relationship management around a coherent client experience and represent roadmap decisions credibly to leadership.
• Drive & Ownership: Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership scale-up environments. You want to own outcomes, not backlogs, and are excited to define what a premium hybrid wealth experience looks like.
