Responsibilities
We are representing a fast-growing professional media organization in London that needs a WordPress Web Developer to take full ownership of their digital platform. In this role, you will:
- Improve the overall performance and speed of the WordPress website
- Develop and maintain an effective platform for sharing content with key stakeholders
- Optimize the structure and display of existing and new information across the site
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to identify technical solutions that drive business growth
- Provide quick and effective technical support to internal teams experiencing difficulties
What We're Looking For
Our client requires extensive WordPress development experience and is seeking candidates who can demonstrate a strong portfolio of previous work. The ideal candidate will have:
- Deep technical knowledge of WordPress, including theme development, plugin management, and performance optimization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong follow-through on commitments
- The ability to work in-person from the London office (near Victoria Station) Monday through Friday
