Application Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential semiconductor organization seeking an Application Marketing Manager for a hybrid role based in Germany (Willich, Stuttgart, or Nuremberg). In this key position, you will drive innovative solutions across a broad product portfolio focused on e-powertrain and data center applications.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Analyzing application requirements and delivering value-added solutions for e-powertrain and data center business segments
• Defining strategic direction and focus areas to support business growth
• Coordinating key projects aligned with mid- and long-term business objectives
• Leading product marketing initiatives for automotive power devices
• Identifying focus applications and defining new solutions and market strategies
• Collaborating with marketing and business divisions to trigger new product developments
• Preparing and executing go-to-market plans for new product launches
• Delivering solution presentations to customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders
• Supporting promotional activities at industry fairs and events

What We're Looking For

• Graduate degree in electrical engineering; relevant business administration education is a plus
• Several years of experience in product or application marketing within the semiconductor industry
• Profound knowledge of e-mobility and/or data center applications and markets
• Strong technical expertise with power semiconductors
• Ability to understand complex technical subjects and communicate effectively at both engineering and management levels
• Proven experience working with OEMs and Tier-one suppliers
• Capability to capture and understand customer system requirements
• Team player with strong initiative and business development drive
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Fluency in English required; German language skills are advantageous
