Global Clinic Operations Lead

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-scaling preventative healthcare organization with clinical operations across the US and Europe. As their clinical teams rapidly expand beyond headquarters, they need a strategic operations professional to establish governance, structure, and clarity in how information reaches frontline clinical staff.

This is a unique opportunity to build the communication and change management infrastructure that will support hundreds of clinical professionals delivering care across multiple countries. You'll be the central point coordinating what reaches clinical teams, ensuring consistency, reducing noise, and protecting quality of care.

Responsibilities

In your first 6-12 months, you will:

• Design and implement a centralized intake model that governs how all internal teams communicate with clinical staff—defining how requests are submitted, prioritized, and approved
• Lead organization-wide change management to establish this intake process as the endorsed standard across all departments, partnering with senior leadership to drive adoption
• Build a global clinical communications program starting with an audit of current channels, then creating a single source of truth with the right mix of formats for a dispersed, non-desk workforce
• Develop repeatable templates and cadences including AI-enabled formats like short-form video, audio briefings, and visual summaries that work for frontline clinical teams
• Define and track success metrics around comprehension, consistency, engagement, and reduction in operational friction, reporting regularly to leadership
• Equip local clinic leads with tools and frameworks to communicate effectively within their teams while maintaining global coherence

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in change management or program management with direct ownership of communication or enablement strategy at scale
• Track record designing and enforcing intake or governance processes across multiple cross-functional teams—you've built the model, sold it internally, and made it stick
• Experience running structured communications programs for large, dispersed frontline workforces
• Strong program management instincts: you bring structure to ambiguity and build systems that hold
• Creative communicator who knows when a policy document is appropriate and when a 60-second video is more effective
• Genuine fluency with AI tools and appetite to use them to improve quality, efficiency, and reach
• Sharp stakeholder management skills: you can align leadership and cross-functional teams, hold boundaries when needed, and build trust
• Experience in high-growth, multi-site consumer services or healthcare strongly preferred
• Comfortable working across multiple geographies and time zones
• Strong written and verbal English; additional European languages a plus
