We are representing a confidential preventative healthcare organization that is redefining how people approach wellness and early detection. Our client operates premium clinics delivering technology-enabled health assessments in under an hour, combining proprietary diagnostics with direct clinical care to provide personalized, actionable insights to members.

We are seeking a Clinic Area Lead for London to take accountability for operational excellence, cultural consistency, and member experience across an existing portfolio of clinics. This role sits at the intersection of leadership, execution, and local adaptation—ensuring that established operating standards translate into consistently high-quality experiences on the ground.

Reporting to the Country Leader, you will own regional performance end-to-end, from site readiness through sustained multi-site operations. You will act as the cultural and operational anchor, setting expectations, building capability, and reinforcing how clinics lead, operate, and serve members.

Responsibilities

• Embed the organization's operating model across London clinics, focusing on strong leadership behaviors, cultural norms, and consistent execution
• Lead the local adoption of existing playbooks and standards, tailoring them thoughtfully to regulations, team dynamics, and member expectations while preserving the integrity of the global member experience
• Build clinic-level leadership capability by coaching managers and clinical leads on translating standards into practice, setting clear expectations, and role-modeling a member-first mindset
• Establish performance rhythms including metrics, reviews, and feedback loops that reinforce behaviors, surface issues early, and continuously improve team effectiveness
• Ensure each clinic consistently delivers a seamless, premium member experience aligned with service standards and brand promise
• Foster a hospitality-driven culture where empathy, professionalism, and precision define every member interaction
• Oversee physical and experiential standards across all clinics, ensuring consistency in ambiance, cleanliness, and overall presentation
• Partner with quality teams to build and uphold clinical quality standards, ensuring adherence to UK regulatory requirements
• Own regional operational KPIs and full P&L accountability, building financial frameworks alongside clinic development
• Oversee workforce planning and staffing models, building hiring profiles, ramp plans, and scheduling suited to London's demand patterns
• Recruit, onboard, lead, and coach a team of Clinic Leads and Lead Operators across assigned clinics
• Act as primary regional liaison between clinic teams and central functions including Customer Support, Facilities, Workforce Planning, and People Operations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role such as Area Director, Regional Director, District Leader, or General Manager within a premium, consumer-facing, multi-site environment (premium healthcare, wellness, fitness, or technology-enabled services with physical operations)
• Demonstrated success implementing and embedding established operating models, standards, and playbooks across multiple locations through leadership, coaching, and accountability
• Strong track record leading clinic-level or site-level leaders, with ability to build capability, reinforce culture, and translate standards into consistent day-to-day execution
• Proven financial and operational acumen including ownership of regional KPIs, budgets, and P&L performance in a scaling context
• Ability to balance strategic perspective with hands-on execution, particularly during growth periods, new site openings, and organizational change
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence operating in a matrixed, fast-moving organization across central and regional teams
• Comfort leading through ambiguity and change, with a bias toward action, continuous improvement, and disciplined execution
