Account Executive Germany

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SaaS client in their search for an Account Executive to drive growth across Germany and the broader DACH region. In this role, you will:

• Own the complete sales cycle with prospective clients—from lead generation alongside the SDR team through product presentations to contract closure
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations both online and on-site to convince decision-makers
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry
• Develop tailored solutions that address specific customer requirements
• Collaborate closely with SDR, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to shape sales and product strategies
• Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets and relevant KPIs

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a commercially savvy sales professional who brings:

• Language proficiency: Native-level German (written and spoken) plus very strong English skills
• Sales experience: Multiple years in B2B sales with a proven track record in client relationship management
• Commercial acumen: Demonstrated communication and sales abilities, customer identification skills, and out-of-the-box thinking
• Industry affinity: Experience in or strong interest in the construction sector is a significant advantage
• Work style: Independent, structured, and solution-oriented with the ability to think strategically and execute operationally
• Technical capability: Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot is beneficial
• Mobility: Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to spend approximately 20–30% of your time traveling within the DACH region for client meetings
