Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential agricultural organization seeking team leaders for their hatchery operations in Wiesenena, Sachsen. In this role, you will:

• Guide and support your team through daily operational workflows
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards
• Participate in process optimization and workflow improvements
• Handle documentation and reporting to operations management

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Experience working with and managing team members is desirable
• Responsible approach to working with animals
• Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Good command of German, both written and spoken
