Werkstudent (m/w/d) – Finance & Beratung (unternehmerisch, leistungsbasiert)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial advisory organization based in Hamburg that is seeking a working student to support their client-facing operations and business development activities.

In the initial phase, you will focus on:

• Building a pipeline of client appointments through phone outreach, networking, and lead qualification
• Learning structured conversation frameworks, needs assessment techniques, and documentation standards
• Tracking performance metrics, receiving regular feedback, and systematically improving your results

As you progress, your responsibilities will expand to include:

• Supporting the analysis of client situations and preparing structured advisory materials
• Participating in client conversations (based on your development), managing follow-ups, and ensuring clear next steps
• Maintaining accurate process documentation and ensuring reliability across all workstreams
• Collaborating closely with a performance-driven team and taking ownership of assigned work packages

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

• Currently enrolled at a university or Fachhochschule in Germany
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher (spoken and written) – required for training, team communication, and potential future IHK certification
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and follow-through
• Self-starter mentality with structured working methods
• Motivation to work in a performance-based environment with measurable outcomes

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, consulting, or performance-oriented environments such as competitive sports

This role is not suitable if you:

• Are looking for a typical "a few hours on the side" student job
• Prefer to avoid phone-based client development work
• Do not meet the C1 German language requirement
• Prioritize security over personal development and growth
