Performance Marketing Manager – Google Ads, Meta Ads & Paid Acquisition

We are representing a confidential client in search of a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid customer acquisition and drive measurable growth across digital advertising platforms. This is a remote, full-time position working U.S. business hours from Honduras.

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is partnering with a growing organization that needs an experienced performance marketer to own campaign strategy, budget management, and conversion optimization across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and additional paid channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid acquisition channels
• Develop campaign structures, audience targeting strategies, and ad account architecture
• Own advertising budgets, spend allocation, and daily pacing decisions
• Monitor and improve key metrics including CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Execute creative testing, messaging variations, audience experiments, and landing page optimization
• Implement and validate conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics infrastructure
• Build weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
• Identify opportunities to profitably scale campaigns and expand into new channels
• Collaborate with creative teams, sales leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing or paid media experience
• Strong expertise managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with proven results
• Experience managing substantial paid advertising budgets with accountability for outcomes
• Deep understanding of ROAS optimization, customer acquisition cost analysis, and performance metrics
• Proven track record of improving conversion efficiency and lowering acquisition costs
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Experience designing and executing creative tests and landing page experiments
• Ability to independently manage, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns without constant oversight
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfort working remotely during U.S. business hours
