Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a working student to support portfolio management activities in their wind energy division. This is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing degrees in business, engineering, or energy-related fields to gain hands-on experience in strategic portfolio analysis and operations within the growing renewable energy sector.

This role is based in Wiesbaden and offers flexible working arrangements suitable for students balancing academic commitments with professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support senior operations leadership with strategic company development initiatives
• Assist in analyzing, maintaining, and advancing the wind energy project portfolio
• Contribute to preparing reports, presentations, and decision-making materials for management
• Support economic feasibility studies, risk assessments, and scenario analyses for projects
• Process and evaluate portfolio and project data, including key performance indicators
• Participate in optimizing processes, methodologies, and tools for portfolio management
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination with project teams and internal stakeholders
• Assist with reporting requirements in both English and German

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, business engineering, energy economics, renewable energy, or a comparable field
• Strong interest in wind energy, project development, and strategic portfolio management
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with numbers and data
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge is advantageous
• Structured, careful, and independent working style
• Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency (minimum B2 level) in both written and spoken communication
• Ability to work approximately 15-20 hours per week alongside studies
