Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential electronics manufacturing organization in Berlin seeking a Software Developer for Test Engineering. In this role, you will:
- Plan, monitor, and continuously improve test processes and testing technology for in-house production and external manufacturing partners
- Advise development teams on test engineering matters during new product development phases
- Translate development testing requirements into series production implementations
- Design, create, and introduce test adapters and testing systems
- Develop automated test software and hardware solutions
- Program testing systems using LabVIEW
- Support production operations with test engineering expertise at internal facilities and partner sites
- Commission new testing systems and perform troubleshooting and fault resolution in test environments
What We're Looking For
- Completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Medical Technology, or comparable field
- Proven experience in testing electronic assemblies and electronic devices
- Deep knowledge of software development and software architecture
- Programming proficiency in LabVIEW (required); Python and C are highly desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Analytical and structured working approach
- Fluent German and good English language skills
