About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential digital health organization operating across multiple European markets. They are transforming how patients access evidence-based therapeutic interventions through regulated digital platforms. Their therapies are clinician-developed, physician-prescribed, and reimbursed by health insurers—meaning the work you ship reaches real patients with diagnosed conditions.
We are seeking a (Senior) Product Manager to own the consumer-facing digital therapeutics experience. This is not a feature-factory role. You will lead the evolution of patient-facing therapy apps from functional to exceptional, thinking in complete user journeys and behavior change frameworks rather than ticket queues.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete patient journey end-to-end—from prescription through onboarding, active therapy, sustained engagement, and measurable outcomes
- Drive therapy app excellence across iOS and Android platforms, treating app store presence, ratings, and ASO as core product levers
- Apply proven behavior change principles—habit loops, nudges, feedback systems, and engagement mechanics—to drive sustainable usage and retention
- Leverage analytics, experimentation, and AI tooling to inform product decisions and accelerate development cycles
- Optimize the full funnel from app store impression through activation and long-term patient adherence
- Collaborate across clinical, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver therapies that genuinely move patients forward
What We're Looking For
- Mobile product management experience: Hands-on work with consumer mobile apps, ideally in health, behavior change, or patient-centric environments
- Platform fluency: You understand the technical realities of iOS and Android development and know how to work effectively within those constraints
- Data and AI literacy: You use AI to move quickly, recognize its limitations, and back every decision with analytics and experimentation
- Languages: Fluent in German and English
- High agency: You naturally push initiatives forward, bring stakeholders along, and don't wait to be asked
- Product taste: You know what exceptional, functional product design looks like in 2025 and beyond
- Bonus: Experience building patient-centric or behavior-change products, or genuine passion for the space
