Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a growing recruiting consultancy in Bielefeld that is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to own the full lifecycle of client engagement and candidate delivery. In this role, you will not simply fill requisitions—you will build and execute hiring strategies for external clients across industries.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Analyzing why a client's hiring efforts are underperforming—whether due to unclear positioning, channel mix, or process friction—and designing a data-informed recruiting strategy to address gaps
• Presenting your recommendations to decision-makers and winning new client mandates through proactive outreach, telephone engagement, and referrals
• Planning and managing multi-channel recruiting campaigns from launch through completion, adjusting tactics based on performance metrics
• Reviewing inbound applications, conducting initial candidate screenings, and shaping a candidate experience that reflects well on both our firm and the client
• Maintaining clean CRM records, tracking KPIs, and collaborating with internal teams to refine methodology
• Seeing each project through to successful placement, with full accountability for outcomes

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate understands how audience targeting, channel selection, and process design work together to deliver hires—whether that knowledge comes from agency recruiting, staffing, or in-house talent acquisition. You should be comfortable advising clients, not just executing tasks they assign.

Required capabilities:

• Proven ability to diagnose recruiting challenges and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Consultative communication style: you ask incisive questions, think in solutions, and explain recommendations in language stakeholders understand
• Willingness and aptitude for business development—winning new clients is part of the role, not an add-on
• Comfort reading campaign data, spotting trends, and making evidence-based adjustments
• Self-direction and resilience: you set your own course, recover from setbacks, and measure yourself by results

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are structured as a base salary plus uncapped commission tied to placements and client acquisition.
