Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking German-speaking trainees for a structured development program in Hamburg. As a trainee, you will build a foundation in financial advisory services through hands-on experience and professional mentoring.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Learning to conduct professional client consultations, identify needs, and present tailored financial solutions
• Supporting client acquisition and advisory activities while gradually building your own client portfolio
• Creating financial analyses and concepts covering protection, retirement planning, investment, and wealth building
• Working closely with experienced advisors to learn core sales and advisory processes
• Participating in structured training modules with clear learning objectives and regular coaching sessions
• Developing toward licensed financial advisor status through guided professional development

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks motivated individuals ready to build a long-term career in financial advisory services. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Abitur, completed commercial training (kaufmännische Ausbildung), or equivalent/higher qualification
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level or native speaker)
• Current residence in Germany
• Strong communication skills and genuine interest in working with people
• Reliability, self-initiative, and structured working approach
• Ambition to pursue professional licensing and career development in financial services

The program includes preparation for two IHK certifications (§ 34d GewO for insurance and § 34f GewO for financial products), providing you with recognized professional credentials.
