Als Berater digitale Produktentwicklung & AI arbeiten Sie hands-on in Software-Produktteams der Kunden und bringen AI-Lösungen dorthin, wo sie echten Mehrwert schaffen. Sie verbinden agile Produktentwicklung mit pragmatischer Beratung und operativer Umsetzung.
Standort: Stuttgart (mit flexiblem Mobile Working)
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Mitarbeit in digitalen Software-Produktteams der Kunden und eigenständige Übernahme von Arbeitspaketen
- Unterstützung von Teams als Scrum Master oder in verwandten agilen Rollen
- Strukturierung und Formulierung von Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Business Analysts, Entwicklern, UX-Teams und Fachbereichen
- Identifikation sinnvoller AI-Anwendungsfälle in Produktentwicklung und Zusammenarbeit
- Aufbau von AI-Workflows, Automatisierungen und agentischen Lösungsansätzen
- Pragmatisches Hinterfragen bestehender Prozesse und Methoden zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
- Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Risiken, Blockaden und Verbesserungspotenzialen
- Weitergabe zusätzlicher Kundenbedarfe an interne Teams
Was wir suchen
- Relevante Berufserfahrung in digitalen Software- oder Produktentwicklungsteams (ca. 3-6 Jahre)
- Erfahrung als Scrum Master oder in verwandten Rollen mit fundiertem Verständnis digitaler Produktentwicklung von der Anforderung bis zur Umsetzung
- Sicherer Umgang mit Backlogs, User Stories, Refinement, Planning und Release-Prozessen
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Tools wie Jira, Confluence und Miro
- Regelmäßige Nutzung moderner AI-Werkzeuge und Experimentierfreude mit AI-gestützten Workflows
- Ausreichendes technisches Verständnis für effektive Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams
- Sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (C1)
- Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Handlungsfähigkeit bei wechselnden Anforderungen
