Business Development Manager – AI Data Solutions (Paris)

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients in target markets, understanding their business and technical needs
• Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation through qualification, proposal, and closure
• Manage client relationships to ensure customer success and satisfaction
• Draft and implement strategic business plans for assigned accounts
• Maintain deep knowledge of AI data solutions, industry trends, and competitive landscape
• Track opportunities and manage pipeline using CRM systems
• Generate and manage high-value, profitable business deals
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across different time zones and cultures
• Monitor KPIs and provide internal and client-facing status reports
• Attend trade shows and support marketing initiatives including case studies and social media
• Provide accurate weekly forecasts and regular update reports
• Own the financial health of assigned client engagements and drive process efficiencies
• Propose and implement innovative new service offerings

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably within the AI industry
• Proven track record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets in AI or related technology sectors
• Languages: Fluency in English and French required; additional business-level languages are a strong plus
• Superior communication and presentation skills
• Service-focused mindset with commitment to exceeding client expectations
• Strong ability to multitask and work with urgency in fast-paced environments
