AR Billing Specialist

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential property management organization in their search for an AR Billing Specialist based in the Philippines. This is a 100% remote, full-time position supporting billing operations for a diverse portfolio of residential communities.

You'll manage the complete billing lifecycle—from invoice generation and payment posting to account reconciliation and customer inquiries—while maintaining meticulous documentation and working collaboratively with internal teams and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute builder invoices and resident statements according to established billing schedules (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual frequencies)
• Maintain organized electronic documentation of all invoices, statements, and supporting materials for recordkeeping and audit purposes
• Post builder payments, prepare deposit documentation, and ensure proper coding and backup materials are complete
• Review billing activity to identify errors or discrepancies and process necessary adjustments to maintain account accuracy
• Monitor builder account balances, transfer credits appropriately, and identify accounts requiring refunds
• Maintain and update billing trackers, information sheets, and other internal records with current and accurate data
• Respond to billing inquiries from builder contacts, community teams, and residents within 48 hours, providing account information and supporting documentation
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies in partnership with site teams and external contacts
• Process annual coupon booklets and complete community-specific billing projects as assigned
• Support departmental audits, process improvements, and special initiatives as directed

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in financial recordkeeping
• Proven ability to manage multiple communities, billing schedules, and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain comprehensive electronic and physical filing systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills to research account discrepancies and identify appropriate resolutions
• Customer service orientation with professional problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
• Capacity to prioritize recurring billing responsibilities alongside special projects
• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related financial operations (preferred)
