Pre-Licensed Child & Adolescent Therapist (Remote, PA)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential pediatric mental health organization in their search for a Pre-Licensed Child & Adolescent Therapist to join their virtual care team. This fully remote position serves families across Pennsylvania and focuses on delivering evidence-based treatment to children, adolescents, and young adults struggling with anxiety and related disorders.

Our client combines clinical excellence with innovative technology to expand access to specialized mental health care. As a member of their team, you'll provide family-centric therapy while working toward independent licensure with comprehensive supervision and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual and group clinical care to pediatric patients and their families
• Utilize measurement-based care approaches to inform treatment planning and track outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team members including coaches and psychiatrists
• Facilitate CBT-based skills groups for parents and caregivers, incorporating ACT and parent management training principles
• Complete thorough and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in ongoing training on evidence-based and technology-enhanced care delivery
• Provide feedback on clinical curricula, training protocols, and technology applications
• Maintain awareness of risk management and safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• Active provisional or associate-level license in Pennsylvania (Associate Counseling License or equivalent)
• Master's degree from an accredited graduate program in counseling, social work, or related field
• Graduate-level clinical internship with therapy training completed
• Background working with children and adolescents, particularly with anxiety and related disorders
• Experience or training in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, or DBT preferred
• Strong computer skills and openness to learning new technology platforms
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication abilities
• Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

• Commitment to progressing toward independent licensure: You must be actively working toward full licensure and prepared to complete all requirements and obtain independent licensure within six months of completing supervised hours (nine months for doctoral-level psychologists), absent documented circumstances outside your control

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $70,000 annually. This is a pre-licensed role designed to support clinicians progressing toward independent licensure. Compensation increases upon obtaining full independent licensure according to the organization's compensation structure.

This is a fully remote position with occasional in-person team retreats. You'll work from home while serving patients across Pennsylvania.
