(SENIOR) ACCOUNT MANAGER*IN (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media and events organization seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their ambitious sales and partnerships team in Hamburg.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the strategic lead for key client partnerships, proactively shaping the value and depth of these relationships within a comprehensive digital ecosystem
• Design and implement individual development plans for partner accounts spanning brands and technology companies, acting as a catalyst to exceed mutual growth objectives
• Manage the complete commercial cycle from strategic proposal development through pricing and contract negotiations to ensuring profitability of your partner accounts
• Take ownership of complex partner projects, ensuring internal processes integrate smoothly and concepts are executed with excellence
• Coordinate collaboration across various internal teams including content, events, and technology departments
• Maintain relevant information in CRM and project management tools, analyze performance results, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
• Identify opportunities and drive improvements to communication materials, presentations, and strategic documentation
• Analyze partner business models and recommend targeted measures to enhance partnerships

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in sales, sponsorship, or project management with a passion for partnership-based collaboration with brands, technology companies, and agencies
• Strong relationship-building skills with a solution-oriented and reliable approach
• Data-driven and structured working style with proficiency in CRM platforms like HubSpot and analytics tools
• Solid command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
• Fluent German and English language skills for business negotiations
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities
