Working Student Sales Support (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential technology client in Munich seeking a Working Student to support their sales operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a current university student to gain hands-on experience in customer-facing sales support while working flexibly around your academic schedule.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via written correspondence and telephone
• Maintain and update data in the CRM system
• Administer and onboard new customers in purchasing portals
• Process supplier questionnaires and maintain information databases
• Develop templates and translations for sales materials
• Document and improve process workflows
• Support customer training initiatives
• Assist with annual conference logistics including ticket sales and event support
• Collaborate on special projects across the sales team

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled as a student in business administration, IT, or a related field
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
• Independent, self-motivated working style
• Fluent in German (written and spoken) with good English proficiency
• Ability to remain calm and organized in fast-paced situations
• Previous experience in a similar support role is a plus but not required
