Sr. Designer, UI (Contract)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital transformation consultancy seeking a Sr. Designer, UI for a contract engagement. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is managing the search for this remote opportunity based in the United States.

This is a contract role with an hourly commitment of 20-40 hours per week for 3-4 months. You'll work with a team dedicated to designing products and services that transform businesses while optimizing them for growth.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality creative across multiple channels while meeting accessibility, SEO, brand standards, and development requirements
• Lead client presentations and handle non-creative communication with confidence
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of marketing aspects, including customer journeys and messaging hierarchies across channels (email, direct mail, in-app, landing pages/microsites, social, digital display, and physical)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative that exceeds client and user expectations
• Apply a user-centric approach to creative and design, ensuring user research delivers actionable insights
• Create UI, UX, and content for digital experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in designing, planning, and facilitating experience workshops
• Ensure consistent brand representation across all creative, including print, social, video, digital, and out-of-home
• Oversee the development of compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences
• Work closely with copywriters, art directors, and designers to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation
• Engage audiences using sketches, blueprints, and prototypes to gather feedback
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines appropriately

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design or human-centered design
• 5+ years of agency experience
• Proven track record developing responsive digital experiences, designs, style guides, and platforms
• Experience developing brands and integrated creative campaigns
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with ability to adapt to new software
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant work experience focused on experience design and strategic thinking
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams both internally and externally
• Eye for detail combined with ability to see the big picture
• Excellent follow-through and ownership, with ability to complete projects on time, on-budget, and within tight deadlines
• Professional and personal integrity
• Ability to work remotely within the United States
