Associate Account Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking an Associate Account Manager to join their growing Account Management team. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced Account Managers to deliver outstanding support to program administrators. You'll become a product expert, helping customers navigate complex configurations, troubleshoot challenges, and maximize their platform adoption. This position offers world-class training and a clear path toward revenue-driving Account Manager responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner effectively with assigned Account Managers to support their customer portfolios and ensure excellent customer experience through timely, accurate communications
• Develop deep product knowledge to enable program administrators on platform functionality, integrations, and configuration options
• Monitor and respond to email inquiries from administrators regarding product integrations, platform settings, policy configuration, payment issues, and feature requests
• Drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention while reducing churn risk through knowledgeable, outcome-focused guidance
• Handle customer escalations and collaborate across teams to resolve complex issues
• Serve as the voice of the customer, providing internal feedback to improve service delivery and maximize customer value
• Execute playbooks and programs to drive adoption and satisfaction, tracking results against defined KPIs
• Document processes to support team efficiency and scalability

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
• 1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or a related customer-facing position within a rapidly growing SaaS environment
• Genuine passion for customer experience and technology with ability to master complex products
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, including ability to clearly explain complex concepts to diverse audiences including C-level executives
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
• Data-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement and efficiency
• High emotional intelligence, coachability, and drive to delight clients while accelerating your career
