Director, Growth

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity SaaS organization that protects personal data from digital threats. They need a Director of Growth to build and operate their AI-native growth engine.

In this role, you will:

• Design and own the systems architecture connecting CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, intent data, and outbound motion — with AI agents automating work previously done manually
• Build end-to-end automated funnels using LLMs and agentic workflows for lead scoring, routing, and personalization at scale
• Create comprehensive instrumentation including attribution models, pipeline velocity tracking, and campaign performance dashboards that enable real-time decision-making
• Rapidly prototype internal tools and agents, proving value quickly and hardening successful systems
• Partner directly with marketing leadership on translating category-defining content strategy into scalable, systemized execution
• Build and mentor a team of GTM engineers focused on automation and speed

What We're Looking For

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years in GTM, RevOps, or marketing engineering, ideally at a high-growth B2B SaaS or security company with ownership of systems and measurable outcomes
• Proven experience building real workflows with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and automation tooling — not just surface-level AI usage
• Strong coding ability in Python and SQL with API-level fluency; comfortable working in both CRM data models and analytics environments
• Deep hands-on experience with GTM stack tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, enrichment platforms, sales engagement tools, and intent data providers
• Builder mindset with a bias toward creating solutions rather than purchasing them, shipping over planning, and measuring impact in pipeline and velocity
• Ability to move quickly, think in systems, and operate with minimal bureaucracy

Preferred:

• Background in security, privacy, or risk categories with understanding of urgency-driven buyers
• Experience building pipeline around emerging market categories
