Working Student (f/m/d) Business Development & Operations

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential deep-tech incubator organization in the Munich and Garching area. This is an exciting opportunity for a working student to gain hands-on experience in business development and operations within one of Europe's leading startup ecosystems. You'll work 15-20 hours per week supporting strategic initiatives that drive partner engagement, sponsorship development, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple domain-specific programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in refining and managing contact management systems for partner and sponsor relations, tracking active sponsors and prospects
• Support the team in managing interfaces between different incubator programs and coordinating cross-program activities
• Develop and implement domain-specific strategies to strengthen sponsorship engagement, support existing sponsors, and attract potential new partners through targeted initiatives
• Analyze communications and stakeholder experiences to derive best practices in sponsorship management
• Support fundraising and sponsorship processes, including research, data tracking, and outreach activities
• Help establish structured workflows for sponsor management, leveraging advanced AI tools where applicable
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and funding applications
• Support day-to-day operations and business development activities in close collaboration with the leadership team

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Management, Finance, or related fields
• Strong interest in deep-tech innovation and willingness to dive deep into relevant industries and technology domains
• Structured and detail-oriented approach with proactive problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Salesforce, Notion, and AI tools is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English required; German language skills are advantageous
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex information and derive actionable strategies and best practices
• Ability to obtain and synthesize relevant information to support mission-critical initiatives
• Experience with stakeholder management preferred
• Available to work 15-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling around your studies
