About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization in their search for a Senior MS Dynamics Business Central Developer. This is a permanent position based in Munich, offering the opportunity to shape the technical foundation of a complex, multi-country operation. Our client operates across multiple European markets with sophisticated technology requirements spanning multiple languages and currencies.

As part of the global technology team, you will take full ownership of core development initiatives, optimize system architectures, and partner with cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions that drive operational excellence and international growth.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced customizations and extensions for MS Dynamics Business Central using AL and related technologies to support multi-country, multi-language, and multi-currency operations
• Lead the technical architecture for Business Central, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust, high-performing technical solutions
• Optimize and maintain Business Central environments, ensuring high availability and seamless integration across the system landscape
• Develop and maintain integrations leveraging APIs, Power Platform, and modern integration tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to guarantee high performance and minimal downtime
• Continuously evaluate new Business Central features, Azure services, and modern development tools to drive automation and technical innovation

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with MS Dynamics Business Central or Dynamics NAV, ideally within a Microsoft Partner or enterprise environment
• Deep expertise in AL programming, Visual Studio Code, and Business Central development frameworks
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality technical solutions for complex business processes
• Strong knowledge of modern integration techniques, including APIs, Web Services, and Power Platform
• Practical experience leveraging AI-powered tools and services to enhance ERP functionality
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing Business Central performance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
• Fluency in English is required
