Senior Full Stack Developer (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential eMobility technology organization in their search for a Senior Full Stack Developer. Our client is building cloud-native platforms that power electric vehicle charging infrastructure across multiple markets. This is a hybrid role based in Berlin, with flexibility to work remotely within Germany.

As a senior engineer, you'll work across the full technology stack—backend services, frontend applications, and cloud infrastructure—delivering scalable solutions that support sustainable transportation worldwide. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, architecture, QA, and DevOps to shape technical direction and maintain high engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript
• Build secure REST APIs and responsive user interfaces following clean code and software engineering best practices
• Develop and operate cloud-native applications on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure high software quality through automated testing, code reviews, performance optimization, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate throughout the software development lifecycle with product owners, designers, QA engineers, architects, and DevOps teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while improving application reliability, scalability, and security
• Mentor other engineers, contribute to technical discussions, and help establish engineering best practices

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience developing full-stack applications with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and SCSS
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, distributed systems, and modern software design patterns
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git in cloud-native environments
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis) and automated testing frameworks
• Solid knowledge of clean code principles, secure software development practices, and performance optimization
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Fluent English (working language)
• Eligibility to work in Germany
