Working Student Category Management (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading European e-commerce organization in the home and living sector. Our client is seeking a Working Student to join their Category Management team in Munich. This is a permanent position offering hands-on experience in product selection, assortment strategy, and portfolio optimization within a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support product selection processes from premium and contemporary brand partnerships
• Analyze category performance through weekly and monthly reporting
• Conduct competitor research to identify market opportunities in target categories
• Assist with assortment strategies and portfolio optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with experienced Category Managers to develop best-in-class product offerings
• Maintain and update existing product portfolios to support sales targets

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Business Administration, Management, or equivalent degree programme
• Strong passion for home and living products with a keen eye for trends and aesthetics
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Structured working style with high motivation and curiosity for learning
• Solid proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills
