Responsibilities
We are representing a leading AdTech organization in their search for a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth across the Omnicom agency network in London. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the Covent Garden office.
In this position, you will:
- Source, pitch, and close programmatic revenue opportunities with agency partners
- Drive revenue growth from both existing accounts and new business development
- Own and manage your agency patch across all levels of seniority, supported by sales leadership
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records to provide clear visibility on revenue forecasts
- Respond to agency briefs in collaboration with commercial teams and sales leads
- Provide strategic feedback on brand partner needs and market opportunities
- Stay current on industry trends to maintain competitive advantage
- Partner closely with Account Managers and Traders to deliver exceptional customer service
Key performance indicators include driving meetings and opportunities, growing revenue from existing accounts, and winning new client relationships.
What We're Looking For
Our client seeks a digital media professional with the following qualifications:
- 1-3 years of sales experience within the AdTech or programmatic advertising landscape
- Established connections within UK agency partners, particularly across Omnicom agencies
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Deep expertise in digital advertising, enterprise solutions, and media buying/selling processes
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong internal relationships
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Confidence in forecasting and budgeting
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong team collaboration skills
- Proficiency in confidently pitching and identifying growth opportunities
