We are representing a confidential financial services organization based in London that is seeking an AI Integration Lead to join their front office technology function. This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI capability and practical business application, focusing on helping teams translate AI technology into effective daily workflows.

Our client has invested significantly in modern AI platforms and tooling. This position exists to ensure that investment delivers real value by enabling teams to adopt AI safely, effectively, and in alignment with governance frameworks. You'll work directly with trading desks and operational teams, providing hands-on enablement, training, and lightweight prototyping to embed AI into processes where it creates measurable benefit.

Responsibilities

AI Enablement and Integration

• Serve as the primary contact for teams seeking to understand available AI tools and their effective application
• Deliver workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on sessions covering LLM capabilities and emerging AI technologies for both business and technical audiences
• Support daily adoption of enterprise AI tools including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude by embedding them into real workflows

Training and Best Practice Development

• Provide practical training on prompt engineering, AI limitations, and usage patterns tailored to technical and non-technical users
• Create and maintain reusable resources such as prompt libraries, walkthroughs, and guidance documentation
• Continuously refine training materials based on user feedback and evolving best practices

Business Process Analysis

• Collaborate with teams to understand existing processes, identifying areas where work is slow, repetitive, or manual
• Help articulate problems in ways that enable sensible AI application
• Map end-to-end workflows and identify realistic opportunities for AI assistance

Prototyping and Applied AI

• Build simple prototypes and proof-of-concept workflows using Python, internal libraries, and approved AI APIs alongside tools such as MS Copilot Studio
• Collaborate with engineers and platform teams when concepts require scaling beyond quick prototypes
• Focus on delivering small, shippable improvements rather than speculative solutions

Adoption Metrics and Reporting

• Support definition and tracking of adoption metrics for internal AI tools
• Maintain reporting and dashboards showing usage patterns, active users, and common use cases
• Monitor adoption trends to identify areas requiring additional enablement or tooling adjustments
• Combine quantitative data with qualitative feedback to inform prioritization decisions

Feedback and Continuous Improvement

• Collect structured feedback on tool effectiveness and user challenges
• Share insights with technology, governance, and infrastructure teams to guide tooling and documentation priorities
• Surface recurring themes to inform strategic direction

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in applied AI technologies and their practical, controlled use in business processes
• Experience delivering training, workshops, or enablement sessions for diverse audiences
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools beyond typical end-user interaction, including practical understanding of prompt engineering, LLM failure modes, and techniques for grounding AI outputs in data through retrieval or structured context
• Experience designing AI-assisted workflows that support repeatable tasks
• Familiarity with enterprise and low-code AI platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or similar workflow enablement tools
• Practical experience assessing AI output quality and limitations, iterating to improve reliability
• Comfortable working with Python for scripts, APIs, and data handling at a practical level
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Comfortable operating in environments with evolving requirements and able to iterate pragmatically

Desirable Experience

• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) concepts, working with internal documents or structured data
• Experience designing AI-assisted workflows for document handling, summarization, or knowledge access
• Awareness of responsible AI considerations in regulated environments, including data handling and output validation
• Exposure to agent-style patterns such as tool use, structured outputs, or task decomposition
