Account Executive , DACH market

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking an Account Executive for the DACH market to join their Berlin office. Our client is a fast-growing communications platform provider serving thousands of companies worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

As an Account Executive, you will engage qualified strategic prospects, conduct product demonstrations, provide technical guidance, navigate proof-of-concept processes, and negotiate contracts. This fast-paced role is ideal for high-energy sales professionals who thrive on closing deals and building pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Manage SMB segment prospects from qualified lead through contract closing
• Implement outbound selling strategies to create pipeline and identify new business opportunities
• Position and articulate the product value proposition to prospects across multiple stakeholder groups
• Guide prospects through complex sales cycles, generating enthusiasm and buy-in
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development Representatives to identify opportunities in your pipeline
• Forecast monthly revenue achievements and consistently meet or exceed quota targets
• Represent our client with integrity and professionalism in all communications

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German with full professional proficiency in English
• 2-5 years of sales experience (mandatory)
• Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPICED or MEDDIC is a bonus
• Proven track record of closing net new business and generating pipeline through prospecting
• Proactive, driven sales approach with ability to identify business pains, drive urgency, and take ownership for quota attainment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Competitive mindset, goal-oriented, and eager to develop new skills and approaches
