We are representing a leading enterprise AI and process intelligence organization in their search for an Enterprise AI Consultant based in Munich. Our client is at the forefront of AI-driven business transformation, helping global enterprises unlock operational clarity through advanced process intelligence platforms.

This is a senior technical consulting role where you'll architect complex AI solutions for strategic enterprise accounts, bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and measurable business outcomes. You'll work at the intersection of solution architecture, AI orchestration, and customer strategy—shaping how Fortune 500 companies deploy process intelligence at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for complex enterprise deployments spanning multiple process areas, business units, and geographies
• Define technical blueprints for platform integration with customer systems, data strategies, and transformation goals
• Support pre-sales scoping and ensure proposed architectures align with customer requirements and delivery capabilities
• Design AI agent workflows and orchestration patterns for multi-workstream engagements, defining validation checkpoints and quality gates
• Develop reusable specifications, templates, and delivery patterns that enable teams to leverage AI agents effectively
• Serve as senior technical advisor to strategic customers, building trusted relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders
• Translate customer business challenges into platform strategies, identifying high-impact use cases and defining success metrics
• Guide customers through their process intelligence maturity journey, advising on platform expansion and AI readiness
• Work with delivery teams to implement cutting-edge use cases and ensure production readiness of business-critical solutions
• Conduct solution design reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and adherence to architectural standards
• Develop deep expertise in process domains (Supply Chain, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, IT Service Management) or industry verticals
• Contribute to practice development through hiring, knowledge sharing, internal enablement, and platform roadmap influence

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership within enterprise software, consulting firms, or system integrators
• 3+ years in a senior technical role with multi-stakeholder responsibility in large-scale projects at tier-1 organizations
• Proven ability to design complex, multi-component solutions spanning data integration, process intelligence, automation, and AI
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture patterns and technical trade-offs
• Demonstrated experience designing AI-augmented delivery workflows and multi-agent systems
• Experience with frontier AI tooling (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar) and context engineering
• Deep knowledge in at least one major process domain or industry vertical
• Track record building trusted advisor relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders
• Expert-level knowledge of process intelligence platforms, including data modeling, advanced query languages, and automation engines
• Working knowledge of Python for platform customization
• Exceptional ability to translate between technical and business audiences
• Experience mentoring technical staff and setting quality standards
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, Business Informatics, or comparable field
• Fluency in English and German required
